By having a convenient local resource to call for your technology needs, you have someone with known technical skills but you pay for assistance only when you need it.  We provide support on-site all over Central Florida (or remotely by phone and various remote access methods).

Based in Orlando, our staff has been providing technical support throughout the state of Florida for the last 15 years.   The Sunshine State is home to thousands of remote offices.  While an occasional trip to the area might be fun, the I.T. staff at most corporations doesn’t have the time or money to travel to Florida for every occasional minor issue.  We can cover Jacksonville to Miami if necessary.  From Naples to Tampa to Daytona.   Gainesville to Ocala, to Port St. Lucie.  It really depends on the scale and frequency of your issues.  While you may not want us to drive to Miami or the Panhandle for a two hour fix, there may be occasions when it makes sense (for example, maybe there are 3 other locations to be visited along the way).
