Parts and Supplies

We often have smaller, commonly used items on hand such as network patch cables, power cords, or USB cables.

On the other hand, if your site gets hit by a summer lightning storm and suddenly has a bad switch or dead monitor, we may have a spare that we can loan you for a few days until you acquire your own, or we’d be happy to run to a nearby supplier and pick one up for you.

For purchases from the retail big box stores, we’ll just pass the equipment expense on to you and simply apply our hourly rates to the time needed to obtain the parts.

Some clients send a few spare parts in advance for us to have on hand.  This can facilitate a faster fix, save on return trips and expensive overnight shipping costs.
