Rates and Billing Considerations
Hourly Rates
Exact rates vary depending on several factors. You’ll need to contact us with regard to pricing for your specific needs, but our hourly rates are significantly less than the large regional or national technology firms charge for similar services – firms who often require a hefty monthly retainer even if you don’t call them all month. We charge no monthly fees. You only pay for each incident completed.

- Basic Network Configuration (Adding wireless device, etc)

Billing Increments:
Each on-site support incident will be billed at a 1 hour minimum unless otherwise noted. All phone support time (and onsite time exceeding 1 hour) will be billed in 1/4 hr increments.
Applicable trip/travel charges:
Depending on the location, onsite support incidents may be subject to a trip charge to cover travel time and expenses.
